Macropolitan SL (hereinafter "Macropolitan", "we", "us" or "our") is a company registered in Spain, with its registered office at Santiago Bernabéu 12, 1ro Exterior, 28036 Madrid, Spain, and operates the LatamCORR and Latampaper services.
Services we provide
Macropolitan provides and manages services related to the organization of professional events and exhibitions. Some services may be provided by individuals or companies located in the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and other Latin American countries.
Your warranties
You warrant that you are of legal age, that you have sufficient authority to accept this agreement and purchase services through this website, and that the information you provide is true, complete and accurate.
ABOUT THIS WEBSITE
We provide this website, including links to information, products and services from other companies, as a service to visitors. Access to the website is free. Unless otherwise stated, its content is the intellectual property of Macropolitan or is used with the appropriate authorization.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and the services purchased from Macropolitan will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. For any dispute related to these Terms or those services, and where permitted by law, the parties expressly submit to the Courts of the city of Madrid, Spain, and waive any other jurisdiction that may apply because of their present or future domiciles.
Nothing above excludes the application of mandatory provisions or limits any applicable non-waivable rights. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the website and replace any previous agreement on the same subject.
Changes
We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms. If we make a material change, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect.
If you continue to access the website after the changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website.
ABOUT OUR EVENTS
Macropolitan seeks to publish prices sufficiently in advance of each event and reserves the right to change them. Once a deposit or payment has been received for a confirmed booking, the price of that booking will not increase.
Payment policy
Products and services may be paid for by bank transfer or through the payment platforms that we specify. Payment currencies will be stated on the invoices issued and, unless otherwise stated, payments will be made in US dollars (USD).
Technical presenters and exhibitors must pay the registration fee when registering. Exhibition spaces and technical presentation slots will be confirmed when we receive full payment.
Cancellation and refund policy
Payments are non-refundable if a participant, exhibitor, sponsor or supplier cancels their participation. This is because the organization makes advance commitments for logistics, space, catering and other services.
If a company must cancel for a justified reason, Macropolitan may consider applying the payment to the next event. This possibility does not create an automatic right to a credit or refund.
Under normal circumstances, there is no reason to cancel or change event dates. However, special health-related or force majeure circumstances may make it necessary or advisable to change the dates, postpone an event, or cancel and reschedule it for a new date.
If LatamCORR or Latampaper is required to reschedule an event, the registration and payments received will automatically transfer to the new date.
A registered participant may be replaced by another representative of the same company at no additional cost, provided that written notice is given with sufficient time for processing.
Any expenses not expressly included in the services described in the offer are the responsibility of the sponsor or attendee, not Macropolitan or any company associated with the event.
