The exhibit hall becomes the center of our conference. The hall works as a tabletop style exhibit which allows to keep the cost low and reasonable for a high return on the investment. At these tables, suppliers can make a large impact and heighten the presence by offering printed information, hand out samples and souvenirs, show a video in a monitor (not included but can be rented at the hotel) and in general meet their customers one on one. The table becomes your customer service center during the conference. Exhibitors can strengthen their image by presenting a technical lecture that reinforces the interest of attending papermakers to visit their display and review the solutions they offer to the industry. Suppliers to the industry, who are registered with the Full Exhibition Pack, have the option to make a technical presentation. Additional Presentations can also be arranged by paying a fee.
The Technical Presentations should be focused on solving real problems in production lines. Latampaper will review the summary of the presentation to verify that it complies with the above. Time for presentations is 20 minutes. Acceptance of any technical presentation will be subject to availability of space in the conference halls.

Individual attendance means the registration per person to participate in all the conference activities. The individual registration includes the hotel room for the nights of Wednesday and Thursday at the same hotel where the conference is held as well as all drinks and meals in the program. This allows for plenty of networking opportunities
